We had a few fantastic times in the Skybar...

We had a few fantastic times in the Skybar but yesterday the expereince was not good, we waiterd mot than 1h to get the first course, even neighbouring tables, coming later, were served prior to us. Really not acceptable. At least the waiter could have been a little bit more generous when pouring in the wine, nope, he kept it to the minimum. Also to get the bill also took ages, so alltogether more than 2,5h....

Wir sind schon öfters bei Ihnen gewesen und haben ihr Restaurant gerne weiter empfohlen. Leider waren wir dieses Mal mit unserem Besuch enttäuscht. Es dauerte lange bis wir etwas zu trinken bekamen, das Essen dauerte auch sehr lange. Andere Gäste (4 Tische à 2 und 4 Personen) die nach uns ankamen, wurden vor uns serviert. Wir haben den Kellner hiervon in Kenntnis gesetzt, hat sich bei jedem Service (Getränke und Essen) zwar entschuldigt aber das wars dann auch. Wir haben hierauf gerne aufs Dessert und Kaffee bei ihnen verzichtet und sind anderswo hingegangen. Das Essen war wie immer gut, aber das Drumherum (sogar offene Terrassentür mit Durchzug mit unpassendem Kommentar vom Kellner auf unseren Hinweis hin) war sehr unprofessionell. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Depuis quelque temps il manque une 'main forte'...

Depuis quelque temps il manque une 'main forte' en service. Un serveur et un jeune 'apprenti?' qui se partagent la salle et le bar ne peut pas marcher. Un restaurant qui se veut gastronomique avec une cuisine si délicieuse et des prix assez élevés mérite mieux en service!!!

Bonjour, Je suis venue manger hier dans votre établissement et je tenais à vous faire part de mon retour. J’ai passé un très bon moment : les plats étaient vraiment excellents, le service attentif et impeccable, et l’ambiance du lieu très agréable. Cependant, je dois vous avouer que le repas s’est malheureusement terminé sur une note un peu amère. En effet, j’ai trouvé un gros morceau de plastique pointu dans ma crème brûlée. Le personnel m’a gentiment proposé d’en refaire une, mais cet incident m’avait coupé l’appétit et j’aurais apprécié qu’un geste commercial soit envisagé, au vu du désagrément. Je vous fais ce retour de façon bienveillante, car l’adresse est de qualité et je trouve dommage que ce genre de détail vienne ternir une expérience par ailleurs très réussie. Bien à vous.
